Letter from Rene
Hola hermano Gustavo paz de Dios en tu vida, que esta semana santa que se recuera la muerte y la resurrección de nuestro señor Jesucristo, fue in tiempo de mucha bendición de compartir la palabra con los vecinos de nuestra calle donde tres de ellos entregaron sus vidas a Dios.
Hermano Gustavo quiero informarle que esta semana yo viaje a Cochabamba para sacar mi carnet de identidad donde no pude sacar me pidieron mi certificado de nacimiento original computarizado, las leyes han cambiado en Bolivia con este gobierno, des pues viaje a Potosí para sacar mi certificado de nacimiento, donde tramite mi certificado, pero me estregaran el día miércoles de la semana que viene.
Luego viaje a Sucre por mi licencia de conducir done se presento otro problema, las oficinas de transito habían quemado los universitarios y todo los papeles y no se encontró nada de los documentos, pero un policías me dijo que no se podía hacer nada solo que mandara un radiograma a La Paz que eso tardaría un mes para sacar nuevamente mi licencia de conducir, ya pague por el radio grama y dentro de un mes estará listo.
Pero en la noche regrese a Cochabamba para hablar con la abogada por la personería jurídica, ella dice que la fundación tiene que inscribirse a impuestos internos por la factura que solo se pagara una vez al año y luego a la aduana se hará un trámite que será con un arancel cero
La Abogada dice que esto debería ser lo más urgente todo los tramites, yo hable con la directiva del Ministerio ellos están de acuerdo.
En cuanto al trabajo se esta avanzando en la distribución, es una bendición el Pastor Reinaldo está trabajando con su esposa visitando escuelas y ya tengo el informe de Reynaldo de la distribución y también del Pastor Ramiro. Esta semana el pastor Ramiro estará viajando al Beni para trabajar dos semanas, también Reynaldo.
La Hermana Mabel es encargada de distribuir en Cochabamba ella trabajo mucho este mes Marzo visitando escuelas ella término todo el material que le entregue que fueron de 50 cajas del Camino a Dios y 10 cajas de Juan, Mateo, Apocalipsis, y otros , es una bendición la hermana.
El auto que maneja pastor Ramiro cambiamos aceite de motor y los problemas eléctricos ahora está en perfecta condición para viajar, en este mes de Abril, hermano Gustavo gracias por apoyar el trabajo en Bolivia lo que usted comenzó, nosotros estamos continuando levando la palabra de Dios a las escuelas, invitando a las almas para el cielo.
Por otra parte yo todavía no tengo mi números de cuenta en ningún banco por que todavía los documentos no están listos, lo que perjudico fueron los feriados, esta semana las oficinas trabajaron tres días y nada mas por la semana santas. Si usted quiere enviar dinero solo tendría que ser a la cuenta del pastor Ramiro por favor.

Brother GUSTAVO I would like to inform you that this week I went to Cochabamba to get my Social Insurance but I did not get it because they asked me for my original computerize Birthday certificate,the law had been change here in Bolivia with this new government, then I went to Potosi to get my Birth Certificate and it will give to me this coming Wednesday.
Then I went to Sucre for my Driving Licence where I found another problem, the traffic office where burned down with all their papers by the University student and the police said that they can do nothing about and only what I can do is to send a Radio-text to “La Paz” and that it will take at least a month in order to get my Driver Licence back and already I pay for the radio-text and within a month everything will be ready.
The same day at night I come back to Cochabamba to speak with the Lawyer about the Juridical papers, she said that the institution has to register under the tax revenue in order to get the bill which will be pay only once a year and then we have to do the transaction with custom and the payment will be “zero”.
The Lawyer said that this transaction has to be done at soon at is possible, I spoke with the directors of the ministry and they agree with me.
On regard to the work we are going ahead with the distribution, it is a blessing that Pastor Reinaldo is working with his wife visiting schools and now I have the report from Reinaldo of what they are giving away and also from Pastor Ramiro. This week Pastor Ramiro together with Pastor Reynaldo are going to Beni for two weeks to work there.
Sister Mabel is in charge of the distributions in Cochabamba and she has been working very hard during the month of March visiting schools and give away all the material that I give to her which were 50 boxes of “Way to God” and 10 boxes of John, Matthew, Revelation and others, the sister is a blessing to us.
The car that Pastor Ramiro was driving we change the oil and fix some electric problems and now is running in perfect condition to go travel during this month of April. Brother Gustavo thank you very much for support the job that you begging here in Bolivia and we continue bringing the Word of God to the schools and inviting every soul to Heavens.
On the other hand I still don’t have an account in any Bank because my documents are not ready and this aggravated the situation due to the Holidays this Weeks all the offices worked only there days and also due to this Holy Week. If you wants to send any money only would be possible to Pastor Ramiro account please.
