Update # 1311
Dear Friends and Supporters of NGM:
Greetings to you from Bolivia! Although I missed one connection, the flight
went very well. Rene and his family met me at the airport. I came to Bolivia
with a heavy load of concern regarding allegations against Rene.
Just to give you some background, as most of
you know, Rene’s first wife (Vicki) left him and the family. Some time later
the family received word from Vicki’s sister that Vicki had been killed in a
car accident in Brazil. Last November Rene married Rosdely and her mother moved
in with them which did not turn out well. Then the eldest daughter Abigail
discovered on face book that her mother Vicki was alive and is in Argentina.
Rosdely felt she had been deceived and the situation turned very sad. Rosdely
wrote me an email, while I was still in Canada, full of complaints plus info
about the sale of the vehicle for a certain price, which was different from what
Rene had told me, but in her second letter she confessed that she had not
quoted the right price. Nevertheless if the price was different then what Rene
had told me, then he could no longer be trusted as the leader of NGM.
So far I have had two meetings regarding the sale of the vehicle.
In the first meeting I emphasised the importance of being totally honest, so I
asked the eldest son to read Acts 5:1-11 which is about Ananias and Sapphira.
Pointing out to them that if they were untruthful to me they may not drop dead
like Ananias and Sapphira but that it could bring about a curse and God
would no longer bless his service with this mission , nor their home. I also pointed out the sin
of Achan,
Joshua 7:1-26, which brought on a curse on his family and on the nation.
They seemed to take this very serious. Then I said I would give them two days and
then I wanted them to tell me how much the vehicle sold for. On the second day
we met again and they confirmed that the sale was for the amount that Rene had
told me.
It truly seems that the allegations are unreliable which is a great relief.
There are still other issues to work out and would sincerely ask for your
continued prayer.
The verses God gave me before leaving Canada are in: Isa 45:1
So says Jehovah to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have made strong
in order to humble nations before him. And I will loosen the loins of kings, to
open before him the two-leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut.
Isa 45:2 I will go before you, and make hills
level. I will break in pieces the bronze gates, and cut the iron bars in two.
Isa 45:3 And I will give you the treasures of
darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I am
Jehovah, who calls you by your name, the God of Israel.
Again I have to say that God is true to His Word.
There are more things I would like to share but do not want to make it too
long. Some very interesting things have happened that confirm very definitely
that the timing of me being here at this time are God ordained.
