Dear Friends and Supporters of NGM:
I am pleased to announce that we as board members were all together at the home of Peter and Mary Goertzen in Manitoba. They served us a delicious lunch (faspa), and then we began our meeting as a board. We had a great time discussing how this had all come together to this point that they would want to become part of NGM. NGM was not new to them and they had thought about becoming involved with this ministry somehow, and now it all seemed to fall into place.
Lord willing I will travel together with them to Bolivia during the month of February when the summer holidays are over, and introduce them to all the workers. In the mean time I’ll be training them to take on my position as leader.
Peter and Mary are well acquainted with Spanish and the Bolivian culture, in fact Peter was born in Bolivia.
The report from four of the workers for the month of June is as follows:
—Schools visited 76
—Students served 26,518
—Teachers served 1,212
—Cost $2,901.00 Cdn.
—Cash on hand $1,534.00.
Which means that it cost NGM a little less than 11 cents a person to deliver the gospel. We look forward to continuing the work as the Lord supplies the need.
May the Lord richly bless each of you for being part of what God is doing in Bolivia. Gus, on behalf of NGM.
