Dear Friends and Supporters of NGM.
Things are shaping up very well for the coming year. This past Saturday through Tuesday was Carnival Days in Bolivia which meant there was no school. And it always seems
to take a while for things to return back to normal after such a big feast. Reynaldo is excited about visiting the schools full-time again starting this coming Monday, serving the La Paz area. I just spoke with Henry Janzen in Bolivia and he informs me that there is severe flooding in the Northern and Southern parts of Bolivia where help is needed. The Bolivian Board is looking into seeing what they can do to help that situation. The needs usually consist of food, shelter and drinking water. In addition Henry also informs me that a pastor in Cochabamba has a vehicle and is willing to work with us if we will cover the expenses. This is quite a supplement for the mission, and is a better system than for the mission to own the vehicle.
Since the Bolivian Board has been reorganized, the Bolivian mission has to be registered again with the Bolivian government. This is quite a process and time-consuming. Wonderfully God has provided some generous funds allowing us to help out with these needs. In the midst of these natural disasters the people usually respond more readily to the Word of God as well. Thank you to all of you who are supporting NGM
by prayer and finances.
Gus on behalf of NGM.
